Change delay live
Add, cancel, re-arm or remove 1–300 seconds without stopping streaming or recording.
Add up to 300 seconds of delay without restarting. Now send the same delayed program to multiple RTMP/RTMPS destinations from one native plugin.
Designed for real broadcasts
Variable delay, hold-scene audio and built-in multistream—across your normal OBS scene changes.
Add, cancel, re-arm or remove 1–300 seconds without stopping streaming or recording.
A private audio mix keeps the selected hold scene audible without rewriting global buses.
A GPU-downscaled 320×180 preview follows emitted frames without locking OBS video settings.
The dock estimates RAM from measured bitrate and shows real usage as the buffer grows.
Switch scenes, use Studio Mode and keep operating OBS normally while delay is active.
Transitions happen on codec-safe keyframes to preserve a decodable A/V bitstream.
New in 1.2 · Built-in multi-RTMP
Name your destinations, enter each server and stream key, and start or stop them independently. Every destination in this dock receives the same encoded video and audio after the shared delay.
H.264 + AAC · SDR · Same resolution, FPS, bitrate and audio track for every destination. This does not delay separate Aitum canvases or Branch Output scenes.
Upload bandwidth grows with each destination. The native OBS stream and recording keep their own delay sessions; running them alongside standalone multistream may use additional encoders.
What happens on air
The plugin changes what the output receives—not how you operate your production.
Choose the delay and hold scene. The live program continues while compatible auxiliary encoders get ready.
At a safe keyframe, viewers see the hold scene while compressed program packets fill the buffer.
The buffered program takes over at the target depth. Remove delay whenever you want; no output restart.
Built for competitive rigs
Video stays compressed in RAM. Multistream destinations share one delay buffer and immutable packet payloads, with bounded network queues per destination. Compatible outputs share the temporary hold pipeline. Collapse the audience preview to release its capture and history.
Latest stable release
Version 1.2.0 adds built-in multi-RTMP streaming with a shared variable delay and independent destination controls. For OBS Studio 32.2.x; choose your platform and follow the installation guide.
